1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Caro Master mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License to Use

LTNHA Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use Caro Master for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3. User Conduct & Anti-Cheating

To maintain a fair and competitive environment, you agree not to:

• Use third-party software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized tools to manipulate game results or ELO ratings.
• Use offensive, hateful, or abusive language in the in-game chat system.
• Exploit technical bugs for an unfair advantage.
• Impersonate other players or LTNHA Studio representatives.

4. ELO Rating System

The ELO system is designed to reflect actual player skill. We reserve the right to reset ELO scores or temporarily suspend accounts if we detect point boosting or any form of fraudulent competitive behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including graphics, icons, source code, and trademarks related to Caro Master, are the exclusive property of LTNHA Studio. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the application without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" basis. LTNHA Studio is not liable for network interruptions, loss of ranking data due to server issues, or any technical problems beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the application if you violate these Terms of Use. In cases of severe violations (e.g., hacking), accounts may be permanently banned without prior notice.
